Sourced from estate vineyards around San Gimignano on Clay with Calcareous elements. Harvested by hand. Certified organic. Ferments in glass-lined concrete tanks. Aged in neutral, used barriques. 1,500 cases. 100% Sangiovese. 

The Tuscan red: the young Sangiovese, vinified in concrete and in wood. Good for a “bistecca alla fiorentina” and for any kind of meat.
