"The 2018 Montenidoli is super-expressive from the first taste. A whole range of savory and spiced aromas opens first. Deceptive in its mid-weight style, the 2018 packs quite a punch. Red cherry, cinnamon, rose petal and crushed autumn leaves meld into the structured finish. I would give the 2018 at least a few years to soften." - Vinous
