Tasting Notes: Shows notes of pears, apple, quince, orange peel, roasted almonds and traces of limestone & chalk from the minerality of Pouilly-Fuissé soils which brings freshness and a lingering lemon curd acidity. Expressive roundness but bright!

Pairing: Well with scallops, wild mushrooms, and veal.
