Tasting Notes: Pours a hazy brick red with a short lasting head. White pepper, black currants, and dry honey make up the forefront of the nose with a background of barnyard funk. Light bubbles with tart acidity on the palate. Blackcurrants, meyer lemon rind, and rose petals fill the mouth. Lasting dry finish. Spring blended and bottled. 

Quick note: If you have a sparkling wine stopper, this bottle will last, and evolve in the fridge. The funk and bright acidity blow off, and the warming honey and softer fruit notes come forward.
