Goisot Saint Bris ‘Exogyra Virgula’ is a biodynamically farmed Sauvignon Blanc from Saint-Bris, Burgundy. Crisp and mineral-driven with notes of crushed oyster shell, wet river rocks, thyme, gooseberry, and lemon zest.  It is vinified in stainless steel and aged on lees, resulting in a chalky and saline taste with bright acidity.

 Pairs well with oysters, seafood, or salads with a citrusy vinaigrette.
