Caracterized by notes of dark fruit, licorice, and a mineral profile typical of Serralunga. It's bright garnet red in color.  Notes of black cherry, blackcurrant, rosemary, licorice and ferrous/earthy nuances -packed with a punch of energy and power that persists to the finish of elegant tannins.

The idea of a Barolo is more ready to drink - this wine can be enjoyed with egg based pastas, a roasted chicken or even duck.
