El Mero Mero Mezcal Tobalá is a highly regarded, small-batch artisanal mezcal crafted from 100% wild-harvested or carefully cultivated Tobalá agave (Agave potatorum). Often referred to as "The Mezcalero’s Mezcal," it is produced in the arid, limestone-rich region of San Dionisio Ocotepec in Oaxaca, Mexico. Because the agave takes 12 to 15 years to fully mature in this harsh climate, production is highly limited, yielding tiny micro-batches of just 150 to 200 bottles at a time.
