A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Cinsault - four of the classic grapes found in wines of the Côtes du Rhône. Look for aromas of  bramble berries and raspberries with some black pepper and exotic spices.  Certified organic, and this wine pairs well with Veal, Game, & Poultry.
