Made from these robust and healthy grapes, Falfas wines are therefore a pure reflection of the typicity of the terroir, without any external contribution.

A manual harvest carried out at the highest degree of maturity of the grapes, followed by vinification with native yeasts and careful aging, ensures quality and excellent evolution in bottle for many years.

Grape varieties:
- Merlot 55%
- Cabernet-Sauvignon 30%
- Cabernet Franc 10%
- Malbec 5%
Average age of the vines: 35 years.
Aging: 12 months in barrels
To be enjoyed between 3 and 10 years after harvest
