Barr Hill Vodka is our tribute to the hardworking beekeepers in Vermont. In late summer, they take delivery of hundreds of barrels of their pure raw honey. The honey is never heated and only distilled twice to preserve its wild yeasts and natural aromatics. 

The taste is creamy and silky with a slight viscosity, bringing forward light grain sweetness, soft honeyed undertones, and vanilla cake.
