A peculiar wine that combines complexity, structure and an intense covered cherry red color. Elegant, fresh and complex nose where ripe fruits and floral notes are appreciated. Pleasant and fresh entry on the palate, balanced and with sweet tannins, although youthful, unctuous and enveloping, with an original and interesting mid palate and a long finish. Blend: 70% Garnacha Tintorera, 30% Monastrell

State vineyards located between 2,300 and 3,300 feet above sea level on poor, sandy soils rich in limestone. Vineyards are dry-farmed, without the use of pesticides or herbicides, and the grapes are hand harvested. The wine ferments in stainless steel and then ages for 4 months in French oak barrels.

Do I need to show ID?: Yes. Every delivery and pickup needs someone 21 or older with a valid ID.
Where do you ship wine?: Within California and to these states: AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MN, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OK, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. Someone 21 or older has to sign for it, so send it somewhere a grown-up will be home.
How long will it take?: Orders usually leave the shop within 1–3 business days. In very hot or freezing weather we may hold a shipment a few days rather than cook your wine.
Can I pick it up instead?: Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and pick Fillmore or Noe Valley. We'll email you when it's ready. Bring an ID.
What do I do when it arrives?: Store corked bottles on their side somewhere cool and dark. If it traveled, give it a day or two before opening; wine gets a little rattled in transit too.
Do you discount mixed cases?: Mix any 12 bottles of still wine and save 10% at checkout. Champagne and sparkling aren't included.
