This Assyrtiko Vidiano orange wine is made of 50% Assyrtiko and 50% Vidiano blend. It's hand-harvested and undergo skin fermentation for about 7 to 12 days, a process that imparts the distinct amber color and a mild tannic structure. The wine then spends several months in concrete tanks to develop complexity. It's dry, medium bodied, crisp and lovely. Expect aromas and flavors of dried apricot, peach, mandarin orange peel, quince, and notes of minerals and wild herbs.
