Amatiteña Tequila Reposado features aromas of roasted agave, vanilla, butterscotch, and warm baking spices, complemented by an oily, complex palate of honey, toasted oak, and a smooth, warming finish.

Made from estate-grown agave exclusively using historical techniques—from wood-fired oven to stone tahona, from open-air fermenters to the fabrica’s original copper pot stills.  It is rested typically from 2 to 6 months in American oak or French Limousin casks to soften the spirit without overpowering the natural agave.
