Adelaida Cabernet Sauvignon

$36.99

Adelaida’s organically-farmed vineyards are located in the coastal influenced Santa Lucia Mountain Range on the west side of the Paso Robles AVA. Situated on steep hillsides, these sites lie within the Adelaida District and Willow Creek District, subappellations in the northwest corner of the wine region. With elevations ranging from (1400 - 2050 ft), limestone subsoils, and extreme diurnal temperature swings, averaging 45 degrees, Adelaida produces wines with distinct expressions of their site.

A deep ruby-hued spectrum draws you into a wine that punches above its weight with a sense of place aromatics. Adelaida rocks, Cacao nibs, freshly turned soil, blackcurrant compote and fine French oak barrels all intertwine in harmony to create a lavish bouquet. This wine delivers place, purity, and polish, through an utterly seamless presence across the palate, boasting flavors of plum, baking spices, and fine toasted barrels. Beautiful, decadent, and richly flavored with a velvety texture and a milk chocolate finish. The seamless, flowing, almost floating mouthfeel is specifically what winemaker Jeremy Weintraub continually strives for. Drink now through 2025
