An organic white wine from the Côte Chalonnaise, Les Clous Aimé 2024 is crafted from seven plots of old Chardonnay vines grown on limestone soils and cultivated using organic farming methods. The bouquet reveals notes of golden apple, sweet spices, and vanilla; the palate, creamy and full-bodied, leads to a lingering finish. A mature expression from Domaine de Villaine, best enjoyed after a few years of cellaring.
