Emblematic vintage of the estate, “Les Vénérables - Vieilles Vignes” is a selection of old vines, over 40 years old, with deep rooting, from our illustrious plots of Muscadet. Carefully selected, the old vines of this cuvée thrive on a land of mica schist and are harvested exclusively by hand in order to respect all the fruits. The wines, more concentrated, express all the complexity and finesse of the grape variety thanks to its prolonged aging on lees. A beautiful, slightly spicy mineral intensity accompanies floral notes followed by a very nice volume in the mouth. This cuvée will benefit from aging for a few years to fully express itself.
“Translucent crystalline color, green reflections. Attractive nose, citrus, spring scents, mineral dimension. The palate impresses with its rich and silky presence, the intensity and precision of its perfumes, the delicacy of its freshness. Nice wine. »90/100 Gilbert & Gaillard

Sierra Foothills AVA Barbera with 10% Aglianico
Brisk, dry wine. Bright garnet color, smooth, juicy and bursting with blackberry fruit; fresh and long.

Tasting Notes : The wine offers aromas of red ripe fruits which carries well on the palate along with black cherry, blackberry and cassis. Rich and elegant with well rounded tannins, the wine has a good acidity to back it up. Majorly a gourmet wine.
Robert parker Notes : One of the high points on the red side of the ledger is the 2017 Pommard 1er Cru Les Epenots, a fleshy, ample, medium to full-bodied wine that evokes notions of plums, peonies and coniferous forest floor. It has turned out very well.
Volnay combines breeding with nobility, delicacy, elegance, and feminity. A delicate violet and berry fragrance. One of the finest representatives of the Côte de Beaune. The Volnay is in the Côte de Beaune what the Chambolle-Musigny is in the Côte de Nuits. A feminine wine which is one of the only Burgundy Pinot Noir you can already enjoy and drink when young.
Pair with roasted meats and various cheeses.
Method: The 2020 Tasty Waves Piquette is made by rehydrating the grape pomace (solids off of which the wine is pressed including skins and often stems) re-extract sugar, flavor and texture. The result is a very light and low-in-alcohol wine - think of it like the second steeping of tea - lighter but with many of the same flavors.
This one is like a fun, frothy Lambrusco-type beverage, with tart fruit and ripping acidity to cut through fat and salt -- which makes it a perfect companion for happy hour with a cheese/salumi board, or pizza, or taco night.

Pale yellow with green reflections in the glass. The nose detects herbal notes of sage, bay leaf, and thyme. To the palate the fruitiness comes as a reminder of pineapple, melon and guava, well balanced between acidity and mineral salinity.
The Ar. Pe. Pe. Rosso di Valtellina has a nose of ripe, dried cherries, with mint and wild mountain herbs. This wine is ethereal, bright and lithe in the mouth and finishes with a spice box warmth that lands gently on the palate and persists.
"The Ar. Pe. Pe. Rosso di Valtellina is very pretty and lifted in feel. Crushed flowers, sweet red berry fruit, mint and white pepper give this an attractive top register of aromatic intensity as this airy, mid-weight Valtellina red opens up in the glass. This wine can be enjoyed now or cellared for at least a handful of years. I find it irresistibly delicious right now. Drinking window: 2020 - 2027
Sparkling, crystalline pale gold with slight green highlights. Abundant effervescence, with fine, delicate bubbles. Pure, concentrated and expressive, with floral (honeysuckle, orange flower, linden), fruity (lemon, dried apricot, almond) and pastry aromas, followed by spicy notes. The attack is dynamic, full and powerful, with aromas of lightly toasted brioche, quince jelly, and acacia honey. The clean, delicious finish develops on a light menthol note and shows excellent length.
Lovely as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to dishes such as foie gras terrine, roasted chicken, lobster rolls, smoked salmon or sushi.
This Champagne bears the finesse and liveliness of spring. The mineral freshness of the finest Chardonnay heightens the delicious accents of the very best Pinot Noir. Finally, the elegant patina of time transforms this cuvée into a rich Champagne blessed with magnificent expression.
Blend: 100% Grand Cru vineyards of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot noir
"This long awaited new prestige cuvée, Hemera - named after the ancient Greek goddess of daytime - is a perfectionist creation of Henriot’s villages, all grands crus. It's a brilliant medley of top Chardonnay from cooler Chouilly and the poised weight of Avize and Mesnil, combined with equally rigorous grand cru Pinot from north Montagne, Mailly and Verzenay. 2005 saw a cold winter, mild spring and very hot July into August, with humidity causing rot in Pinot Noir in the minor sites. The Chardonnay was more successful in the warmth of September, giving a rich, Burgundian style. This has a gold tinged colour and an exquisite mousse, with full Chardonnay aromas of apricots, citrus fruits, toast and honey. It has a masterly grand cru Pinot mouthfeel of satin, subtle and honeyed, intense without heaviness. The lower dosage of 5g/l makes it an ideal match with fish. Aged on its lees for 12 years." 97 Points Decanter Magazine
Clear, gold and sparkling in appearance. Tiny, delicate bubbles. Citrus fruit and yellow fruit aromas dominate on the palate, together with vine peach and nectarine, and a discrete floral, blossom dimension. Subtle notes of honey and candied lemon bring a full-flavored edge, together with silky character. Freshness and airy lightness command on the palate. Grapefruit, apricot, citron, and fresh citrus fruit come to life, followed by lingering notes of pate de fruit, yet constantly underscored by great minerality. Very long, refined, silky, and refreshing on the finish. Low dosage brings with it exquisitely harmonious balance.
"Packed with fruit while hinting at mature toastiness, this wine is now in perfect balance. Its white fruits are from half-and-half Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, shot through with acidity while having a ripe character. Rich while also crisp, it is ready to drink." 95 points Wine Enthusiast
A traditional and terroir-driven amaro made primarily with infusions from Lake Garda botanicals such as lemons, thistle, rose berries, and sweet and bitter orange. It also includes others like kina, vanilla, and timut pepper (similar to Sichuan pepper), from elsewhere. All infusions are done individually, blended according to Elisa’s recipe and then rested for a short time in small oak cask. A light filtration is performed with paper filter to preserve color and aroma. No chemicals or artificial coloring are used.
A medium bitter flavor, partly from thistle, and partly from citrus. Flavors of lemon are persistent, complemented by the thistle aromatics. Finishes with the sweetness of vanilla and pungency of the timut pepper and ginger.
Serve as with a traditional amaro, neat or with an ice cube and lemon twist. A float of tonic would not be unwelcome.

From the distillery: "The identity of Stellum Rye is rooted in a tried and true 95% Rye Indiana mash bill. To enhance this classic style, we incorporate small amounts of more barley-forward rye and choice barrels from both Kentucky and Tennessee. This brings a full, round mouthfeel and flashes of buttery sweetness to an otherwise spicy and tightly focused Rye Whiskey."
58.12% ABV; 750ml

From the distillery: "Stellum Bourbon finds its flavor in the tension of three Indiana Bourbon mash bills, two of which are high-rye, with the third being almost exclusively corn. Older barrels from both Kentucky and Tennessee are folded in slowly, through a multi-step blending process. This brings added layers of depth and complexity, ultimately allowing us to round out a uniquely Stellum flavor profile."
57.49% ABV; 750ml.
Appearance: Amber gold.
Nose: Intense clove and allspice immediately jump out of the glass, supported by creamy macadamia nuts and light tobacco. As the whiskey opens up, sweet aromas of honeysuckle, green apple, and nectarine begin to show, rounded off by toasted rye and oak.
Palate: The tip of your tongue is met with a hint of vanilla, marshmallow, and cotton candy. The whiskey quickly transforms as it spreads across your tongue, revealing spicy notes of black pepper, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon baked apples. The spice is supported by tart underripe blackberry and apricot that contrasts perfectly against the initial sweetness.
Finish: The spiciness of the palate carries over into the finish with candied ginger and more black pepper before slowly fading into a syrupy sweet honey.
With the Addition of Water: The strong pepper notes are more subdued, allowing for sweet cinnamon streusel and stewed apples to come to the forefront of the palate.

Tasting Notes: On the nose, high-toned citrus mingles with Mediterranean herbs. The palate offers a silky smooth texture with the savory elements of the gin coming to the fore. The classic gin botanicals of juniper, coriander, and orris root, while subtle, remind us that this is a gin firmly rooted in tradition. Bright citrus lingers on the finish along with a faint salinity. Four Pillars Olive Leaf Gin is particularly well suited to a classic martini (with olives or a twist), or a Spanish-style gin and tonic with your pick of garnishes: rosemary, lemon, or olives, to name a few.
