At Benito Dusi Ranch, we employ a gentle, hands-off approach to the winemaking process. Through a combination of hand-harvesting, natural yeast fermentation, and minimal intervention, we are able to produce what we believe to be the true essence of this vineyard site and of the Paso Robles AVA. Wines that consistently show deep, juicy bramble fruit on the palate, along with notes of black cherry, gravelly earth, and rich chocolate. Paso Robles is Zinfandel at its finest.

Deep garnet-red color. Aromas of ripe raspberry and cherry fruits, fresh mint, exotic spices, with clay-earth minerals. Beautiful briary fruits on entry, medium-full body, integrated tannins, and great persistence to the finish.
"Checking in as a blend of 73% Zinfandel, 13% Petite Sirah, 10% Carignan, and the rest Mataro and Alicante Bouschet, the 2019 Three Valleys has a juicy blackberry, mulberry, orange blossom, violet, and flowery incense-driven bouquet. This gives way to a medium-bodied wine with a soft, elegant texture, sweet tannins, and just an undeniably delicious, gulpable, balanced style that's impossible to resist. It's well worth seeking out and ideal for enjoying over the coming 5-7 years." 92 points Jeb Dunnuck

"The 2015 Segla is a blend of 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 43% Merlot, and a "seasoning" of 1% Petit Verdot and 1% Cabernet Franc, representing just over half the total crop, matured in 25% new wood. It has a fragrant, very precise bouquet with mineral-rich, very pure blackberry, blueberry and cold flint-like aromas. There is wonderful tension here for a deuxième vin. The palate is medium-bodied with a juicy opening, just a tingle of spice on the tip of the tongue. There is very fine tension here, moderate weight but great persistence and sense of energy on the finish."- Wine Advocate
The appearance shows a beautiful amber color with aromas of dried raisins, subtle caramel sweetness, fruit cake and hazelnut.
On the palate, more hazelnut, caramel and oak followed by a pleasant spicy finish.

"Smells of dried figs, sultanas, lime marmalade, sea breeze, green olive, lemon grass, malted milk and unsweetened coconut. The taste profile asserts itself in the forms of light caramel, paraffin and almond paste; at midpalate the spirit becomes more evident as the off-dry, malty, moderately salty flavor warms the tongue and throat. Concludes gracefully and elegantly, with a mild rush of heat and smoke. "- Wine Enthusiast
A playful but elegant Worthy Park Jamaican rum bottled by Transcontinental Rum Line. This was distilled 2012 through column stills at Worth Park and spent over four years maturing on the island. It spent a further almost-12 months in Europe. It was bottled 2017.
A young, feisty rum bottled at navy strength 57.18%, this benefits from your attention and patience in the glass. An earthy, herbal nose leads into juicy, waxy notes. The palate showcases a lot of spice before sweeter honey and custard notes pull though. Finish is almost floral, very moreish.
From the brewery: "A good beer takes its time. The long storage makes our yellow bright lager, 'Original', a flavourful beer enjoyed with fine poured, white foam. With a mild hoppy note and its pleasant fresh spicy taste, it goes very well with salads, poultry, stews or with a hearty snack. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill."
Immediately upon pulling the cork its like walking into a maple forest. Big bold sweet aromas of maple syrup and oak fly out of the bottle. A little air in the glass brings out baked brown butter cookies, vanilla and brown sugar. The palate follows through on all of the flavors with maple syrup showing prominence lingering with a nice oaky spice and vanilla bean finish.Richard III is a historical play by William Shakespeare believed to have been written around 1593. It depicts the Machiavellian rise to power and subsequent short reign of King Richard 3 of England. The play is grouped among the histories in the First Folio and is most often classified as such. Occasionally, however, as in the quarto edition, it is termed a tragedy. Richard III concludes Shakespeare's first tetralogy (also containing Henry VI parts 1–3).
Pommard Les Vignots is a lieu-dit that sits on the upper slope of the combe behind the village of Pommard. This south-facing climat gives wines with typical Pommard power while its elevation of over 300 meters lends high-toned aromas and finesse.
The average vine age is 50 years old. 10% whole clusters are used and the wine is aged in 30% new oak.
