The 2021 is 63% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Gusto Vineyard (certified organic) in Redwood Valley, 14% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Trieb Vineyard (organic) in Alexander Valley, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Prior Vineyard (certified organic) in Sonoma Valley, and 13% Merlot from Mojon’s Bench (organic) in Alexander Valley, All lots were fermented in stainless steel with a minimal 1-2 punchdowns or pumpovers per day and aged 13 months in neutral French oak barrels.
