Alain & Cyril Gautheron Bourgogne Blanc

This venerable Chablis domaine based in the tiny village of Fleys, now in its 7th generation, is run by the energetic and inspiring Cyril Gautheron. Working 25 hectares planted on the region’s famed Kimmeridgian soils, Cyril produces focused and mineral driven wines aged predominantly in stainless steel. They offer plenty of depth in combination with crisp acidity and floral, cool-climate orchard fruit flavors.

The Bourgogne Blanc sourced from growers in Auxerre, Chablis, and the Maconnais. This delicious every-day sipper is aged in stainless steel and shows notes of white fruits and flowers, a medium-bodied round texture, and crisp, clean finish.
