Bottled at cask strength, this Cider Cask-finished Westward American Single Malt Single Barrel boasts bold notes of golden delicious apple, graham cracker, honeysuckle, orange blossom, honey, toasted coconut, and mango.

This barrel is a 200 liter Kelvin Cooperage level 2 char ex-Westward cask. The barrel was sent to 2 Towns in the Southern Willamette Valley where they aged their Bad Apple Cider in the cask for about 8 months. Bad Apple is an Imperial Cider co-fermented with Oregon Meadowfoam Honey and clocks in at 10.5%.
2 Towns returned the cask in late 2022 when a 3+ year old Westward American Single Malt was added for secondary maturation. This ASM was bottled at 5 years and 4 months old with 2 years 3 months of time in the cider barrel.
