With Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault berries perfectly ripe and full of varietal flavours, the fruit quality was no less than superb. To capture these delicate aromas, flavours and freshness, the berries are picked as early as 4AM and fermentation takes place at low temperatures. This is part of a state of the art production process to minimize the influence of oxygen, an innovative technique stemming from traditional methods in which AIX Rosé heavily invests to create the best possible rosé in the world.
Beautiful salmon pink color thanks to a short maceration on the press. Fermented in natural yeasts, without malolactic fermentation. Aged from 12 to 18 months on the lees to reveal optimally the notes of fresh red fruits.

Sourcing Sauvignon Blanc fruit from all over Napa Valley gives the wine great complexity in aroma and flavor. The nose is fresh, with aromas of guava, green apple, lemon, lime, white peach, lemon grass, green melon, and orange blossom. The palate is soft and juicy with flavors of banana, Meyer lemon, pineapple, mango, lemon meringue, cantaloupe, and grapefruit. The wine finishes with a bright acidity, a touch of minerality, and a nice creamy mid palate texture.
Danielle ferments our Sauvignon Blanc with 10 different strains of yeast in new and used French oak, concrete egg, stainless steel tanks and drums. Fermenting the juice in stainless steel preserves the wonderful, varied fruits of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. The portion of juice that is fermented in oak barrels and concrete gives the wine a texture and creaminess, balancing the natural bright acidity of the grape.

Fresh as a slap across the face, bright as the morning sun and clean as a glacial lake. This light-bodied Gruner Veltliner from the Austrian grower Franz Etz makes music with its layers of fruit notes and tickles you with perky acidity.
A crisp orange wine perfect to pair with spicy foods, springtime and ... well, anything. It will make you a believer in non-red wines. We use a mix of white grapes from different vineyards that we destem and ferment on skins, resulting in a beautiful showcase of all the delicate flavors of white wine, but with more substance and texture.

Lemony fresh, this brisk white carries notes of tarragon and a hint of crunchy green pepper. Citrusy acidity keeps it bright and cleansing, as if the flavors were lifted by a sea breeze. A perfect pairing for picnics and creamy goat cheese.
"Jacob Gundlach brought over this grape from his homeland and it has been growing on Rhinefarm ever since. Although plenty of wineries in Alsace make their Gewürztraminers a little sweet, we vinify ours completely dry, with bright acidity."
Aromas of allspice, jasmine and citrus burst from the glass. Luscious flavors of pink grapefruit, white nectarine, navel orange, lychee and starfruit are spiced with fresh ginger and coriander.
An enticing mix of honeysuckle, peach and tropical fruit aromas to a luxurious blend of floral, stone fruit and a mélange of citrus flavors on the palate. The wine is simultaneously elegant and rich, perfectly balanced from the gorgeous nose all the way through the lengthy, layered finish.

This pink Bandol is adorned with a beautiful color with peach reflections. Its nose, very expressive, distills powerful and racy scents of peach, nectarine, grapefruit, as well as spicy notes.
On the palate this wine presents a nice array of flavors. First restrained, it quickly reveals the essence a Mourvedre rosé, with good structure and finesse, with a tender salty freshness. It is a rich, complex and well balanced wine.
Southern Wine and Spirits
The wine shows a superb, golden yellow color with a beautiful luminosity and a fine and persistent mousse. The nose is clean and intense with warm, rich notes of brioche, French toast and roasted almonds. On the palate the wine is very supple and harmonious, with notes of honey and minerals on the long, sustained finish. Ruinart Blanc de Blancs is produced from a blend of 100% premiers crus Chardonnay grapes from the best of recent vintages. Grapes from the estate vineyards in Sillery and Brimont (ancestral home of the Ruinart family) are joined by carefully selected grapes from other premiers crus vineyards in the Côte de Blancs and the Montagne de Reims.
As we welcome spring, we're excited to share with you the 2020 Rosé Pétillant Naturel. Crafted using the ancestral method, these wines are bottled before primary fermentation is finished — without the addition of secondary yeasts or sugars. The wine completes the fermentation process in the bottle, capturing Co2 and resulting in a lively, rustic, terroir-driven sparkling SCRIBE wine.
Made from Pinot Noir grapes (clones: Martini, Pommard, Mount Eden & Wadenswil) grown on the Scribe Estate on the southwest facing slope of Arrowhead Mountain. Harvested early in the season when fruit is full of the bright, high-toned acidity. 100% whole cluster direct pressed, followed by a long, cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve vibrant aromatics. Energetic and fruit forward on the nose with a dry finish.
PEACH BLOSSOM * YUZU * WILD STRAWBERRY
Just as the estate vines were taking root, we first made Pinot Noir on the flats of our Carneros farm in 2007, composed of equal parts of two California heritage clones ideal for the region’s dense clay: Martini and Pommard. The Martini grapes add spice and fresh, high tones complemented by the Pommard’s natural earthiness. Vinification methods are the same as our Estate Pinot--fermented with native, wild yeast in concrete or steel then aged in neutral oak barrels for about six months; but, compared to its counterpart, the Carneros Pinot ends up expressing a softer, more delicate touch and feel.
