Bonny Doon Vin Gris Rosé
Bonny Doon Vineyard is a wine producer located in Santa Cruz on California's Central Coast and is well-known for its unconventional array of wines with quirky labels. The proprietor, Randall Grahm, is considered to be one of California's original "Rhône Rangers", and helped popularize grape varieties like Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre. Winery note: "In appearance, almost Cate Blanchettish in its pale elegance, a beautiful subtle salmon color (the wine, not Cate). On the nose, subtle suggestions of rose hips, linden flower, black currant as well as a slightly toastiness (methinks perhaps due to the extended bâtonnage and lees contact). On the palate, wonderful bracing natural acidity, good weight and comforting viscosity. Some discreet floral and fruity suggestions, (mostly ribes with background black-cherry notes). Let us presently offer a simple prayer: While virtually all of the ’18 vintage Vin Gris will be consumed within a year of purchase, may there be a few smart cookies who put the wine aside for several years to see it reach its full potential (and will be enormously well rewarded for doing so)." *Biodynamic*

CADE Sauvignon Blanc 2021
Sourcing Sauvignon Blanc fruit from all over Napa Valley gives the wine great complexity in aroma and flavor. The nose is fresh, with aromas of guava, green apple, lemon, lime, white peach, lemon grass, green melon, and orange blossom. The palate is soft and juicy with flavors of banana, Meyer lemon, pineapple, mango, lemon meringue, cantaloupe, and grapefruit. The wine finishes with a bright acidity, a touch of minerality, and a nice creamy mid palate texture.
Danielle ferments our Sauvignon Blanc with 10 different strains of yeast in new and used French oak, concrete egg, stainless steel tanks and drums. Fermenting the juice in stainless steel preserves the wonderful, varied fruits of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. The portion of juice that is fermented in oak barrels and concrete gives the wine a texture and creaminess, balancing the natural bright acidity of the grape.

Colome Torrontes
Torrontes is the signature white wine of Argentina, dating from early vineyards first planted in the 1800s. DNA research has shown that the varietal is a cross between the Mission grapes of Galicia, Spain, and Muscat of Alexandria. This popular expression of Argentina is growing in acclaim around the world, popular for a light, refreshing wine with Muscat notes redolent of jasmine and orange blossoms. Excellent as an aperitif, it also finds a welcome place with delicate first courses.

Covenant Mensch Rousanne 2017
Producers Notes:
About the Wine: There is not much Roussanne, one of the Rhone Valley’s premier white grapes, grown in California. This wine is sourced from grower Larry Mettler’s vineyard in Lodi. Whole cluster pressed then fermented in neutral oak with native yeast. It was bottled after relatively short barrel aging (6 months), which we believe maintains purity of fruit.
Tasting Notes: The wine serves up a wonderful mineral core with bright acidity for good structure. Hints of stone fruit, citrus and jasmine give it a freshness that lingers long on the palate.

PLUMPJACK
Domaine de Pellehaut Harmonie de Gascogne Blanc
The vineyard is situated on three gently rolling hills. The Chardonnay variety is planted on mainly clay-limestone soils and the property also has a proportion of sand and clay, that produces very fine, aromatic whites.
Harvested fruit is cleaned and then put into temperature controlled vats. Once selected yeasts have been added, the musts are fermented for approximately two weeks at low temperature. When the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wines are racked once and put back into vat where they are aged on their lees for 3 to 5 months. They are kept in vat until bottling and only blended at this point.

Meiomi Pinot Noir
Meiomi was founded in only 2006 by fifth generation winemaker Joe Wagner, of Caymus family fame. Meiomi means "coast" to the native coastal dwelling Wappo and Yuki tribes. Their Pinot Noir is produced from grapes sourced in California's Sonoma, Monterey and Santa Barbara counties, some of the best winegrowing regions for producing world-class Pinot Noir. This is thanks to the dense fogs and brilliant sun, to the high winds, cool coastal air, and diverse terrain. Each of the vineyards chosen for this wine offers the best expression of their respective appellations, carefully blended to achieve balance, complexity, and richness of flavor yet remain an approachable, value-priced bottle.
A rich garnet color with a ruby edge, the wine opens to reveal lifted fruit aromas of bright strawberry and jammy fruit, mocha, and vanilla, along with toasty oak notes. Expressive boysenberry, blackberry, dark cherry, juicy strawberry, and toasty mocha flavors lend complexity and depth on the palate. The well-integrated oak provides structure and depth seldom seen in Pinot Noir. Made from 60% Monterey County (dark plum, savory edge, black tea leaves, fleshy texture), 23% Santa Barbara County (bright red fruit, baking spices, cranberry, creamy viscosity), and 17% Sonoma County (Bing cherry and strawberry, earthiness, mid-palate weight).
