The pure, clean character of Cave des Onze Communes’ Petite Arvine makes it a perfect “food wine”, particularly with delicate seafood preparations and fresh vegetables such as bok choy, green peas, spinach, etc. Try it with spicy Asian fish dishes, roasted pork loin, braised chicken, or hard cheeses. Traditional regional fare such as melted raclette cheese with cornichons, smoked ham terrine, or pan-fried white fish with lemon and capers pair deliciously.

The exquisitely restrained nose has just a touch of honeysuckle perfume—just a hint of that spicy headiness. These aromas also color the fine, ripe and juicy peach fruit on the palate that vies with fine citrus zestiness for attention. Slight residual sweetness caresses the fruit on the palate but this is very subtly done. The finish is off dry, but utterly balanced. This is a very beautiful, elegant and fresh Gewurztraminer. Drink now through 2030.
A delightful wine, with a complex and intriguing bouquet that resonates with fresh, delicate notes of grapefruit, grapes, peaches and spring flowers. On the palate, this first vintage of October is full and rich with a vibrancy that supports a palette of ripe fruits and citrus. Delicate and exquisite, the finish becomes longer and more developed with sublime and abundant fruit flavors.
The vineyard is situated on three gently rolling hills. The Chardonnay variety is planted on mainly clay-limestone soils and the property also has a proportion of sand and clay, that produces very fine, aromatic whites.
Harvested fruit is cleaned and then put into temperature controlled vats. Once selected yeasts have been added, the musts are fermented for approximately two weeks at low temperature. When the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wines are racked once and put back into vat where they are aged on their lees for 3 to 5 months. They are kept in vat until bottling and only blended at this point.
Light.. super light, crisp, & bubbly. This is ridiculously refreshing. Made from a blend of Loureiro, Trajadura, & Arinto, this wine is not only incredibly fun to drink, it's far more complex than expected. The Trajadura and Arinto varieties give it body and length, as well as aromas of apple and grapefruit, while the Loureiro provides floral and herbal elements. This is a daytime crab smashing, beach cruising, pool side companion.
Why We Love it:
Two words: Sustainability... and chilling. Wine maker Carlos Teixeira is deeply dedicated to the long term viability of the environment. Water conservation, solar power, light weight recycled packaging, its all there. On the fun side, we love that these bubbles come in at only 9% ABV which makes it such a fun wine for hanging out with friends during the summer days.
The latest from Andrew Jones, this "Skins" orange wine is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Verdejo. That eclectic combination sees some skin contact, imparting a faintly orange-ish hue to the wine and explaining the name. Funky, cidery aromas come through on an expressive nose, while an herbal, savory note makes an appearance on the palate. Round body, racy acidity, and a long finish complete the package. Even though this is a white wine, don't serve it too cold, or you'll lose out on the aromatics. (Sara Jenkins, K&L)
New vintage of one of our favorite natural whites!!
Queen of the Sierra white estate blend was grown on the Rorick Heritage Vineyard in Calaveras County at 2000’ elevation, featuring soils comprised of a layer of schist over dolomite-rich limestone. Composed of Riesling, Chardonnay, Albariño,Verdelho, and a very small amount of German/Alsatian varietals, the wine shows all of the aromatic complexity and textural presence that are the hallmarks of wines grown on the limestone of our estate.
This delicious white represents an amazing value at the price and just hit our shelves! You can't even taste it in the FH Taproom yet!

"Jacob Gundlach brought over this grape from his homeland and it has been growing on Rhinefarm ever since. Although plenty of wineries in Alsace make their Gewürztraminers a little sweet, we vinify ours completely dry, with bright acidity."
Aromas of allspice, jasmine and citrus burst from the glass. Luscious flavors of pink grapefruit, white nectarine, navel orange, lychee and starfruit are spiced with fresh ginger and coriander.
Pinot Blanc, South Tyrol’s most important grape variety, has awakened from its slumber and has evolved a calling-card wine for the region. Schulthauser, having been vinified and bottled for the first time in 1986, is the consummate South Tyrolean Pinot Blanc. This wine isn’t ostentatious, but is a wonderfully fresh-and-fruity Pinot Blanc. It is has an enjoyable creamy softness and lively acidity.
A premium aperitif and summer wine, it is also quite versatile when it comes to food pairing. It goes well not only with seafood and fish but also with delicate dishes made with wild fowl. It is especially recommended as an accompaniment to South Tyrolean Schlutzkrapfen.
- Color – Straw yellow with green shimmer
- Nose – Clean fruity notes of apple, apricot and pear
- Mouth – Lively and balanced with a fruit-incised creaminess
With wonderful aromas of apple cider, chalk and lemon zest, this clean and focused wine expands on the palate to reveal warm apple crisp, clove and quince nuances.
Possessing a long, concentrated citrus finish, this wine pairs perfectly with roasted pork, shellfish and egg-based sauces or as a charming cocktail beverage.
The Orange Contact SGU offers flavors of white peach, lychee and tropical fruits. Beyond the fruits, there are notes of white flowers, black tea and ginger.
This wine is a very special blend of Sylvaner, Gewurztraminer, and Ugni Blanc grapes. The Gewurztraminer and Ugni Blanc saw maceration on their skins. All grapes are from farms that use organic practices, and which were specifically selected for the quality of the farmers’ work, terroir, and fruit. Legal organic certification for these farms are expected in 2021. All were vinified separately and blended just before bottling. A true Vin de France.
Muskateller is a very old variety that dates back to the ancient world and comes from around the Mediterranean region. This true globetrotter is the lively and spicy representative of the enlarged Muscat family.
Made from 100% Gelber Muskateller. The grapes come from 3 different vineyards planted on quartz and clay with alluvial deposits. The grapes are destemmed and spontaneously fermented on the skins for 10 days in steel tanks. The wine is then kept on the lees for 7 months before being bottled without filtration.
