"Rocca di Montegrossi’s Chianti Classico is the estate’s flagship wine; it is a blend of about 90% Sangiovese, with Canaiolo and Colorino, and is produced every year. It ages mainly in large casks and barrels made with oak from Allier, for 12-14 months. It is unfiltered, and after bottling it ages another 6 months prior to release. In the glass it is lively ruby, with bright violet reflections, and on the nose displays the rich fruity aromas typical of the varietals, particularly forest berry fruit and sour cherries. On the palate it’s harmonious and well structured, with nice tannins and savory accents; it will easily age for 7-10 years. Annual production is about 50,000 bottles."

This wine has a bouquet of strawberries and white flowers with hints of vanilla. It has the harmony and elegance that has earned world-wide appreciation of the rosés of Provence. Triennes Rosé is the perfect accompaniment to a sunny summer afternoon.

Explore an expansive universe of pleasures in a wine that captures the best of the soil and the skies. Everything about it is wonderful. Its color shows its soul. Notes of jam, raisins, and wood are harmoniously integrated together. Its heart is rounded, as everything in this wine.
“Blackberry and blueberry with some walnut on the nose. It’s medium-bodied with a solid core of fruit and medium-polished tannins. Savory finish with a sense of spice at the end. Drink now.”- James Suckling
Gilles Gaudron's Vouvray Brut 'Blanc de Chenin' is made by the Traditional Method (the same method used to make Champagne) using 20 year old vines planted on limestone-clay soils. With its crisp acidity, complex, biscuity character and fine, persistent bubbles, this sparkling Chenin Blanc would make a great alternative to Champagne.
The Farmstead Pinot Noir is sourced from 2 small growers in the Anderson Valley, located just a stone's throw from our estate vineyard. The small crop, coupled with early ripening Dijon clones, produced richly flavored fruit that displays the fruit intensity and perfume of Anderson Valley Pinot Noir. The wine is pale ruby and garnet in appearance and has aromas of fresh red and black cherry, earthy strawberry, subtle cardamom, clove and cedar box. The palate has zippy red berry fruit in the entry, and a supple, perfumed and velvety mid palate with nuances of baking spices. The acid structure of the wine gives it life, length and versatility in food pairing - from grilled fish to roast duck.

One sniff and anticipation takes hold. Beautiful aromas of vine-ripened blackberry contrast perfectly with spicy notes of nutmeg. There are a luscious weight and texture to the wine, but also a racy edge of well-balanced acidity on the palate. This is an extraordinary Cabernet – powerful, yet elegant, with all the wonderful aging potential you’ve come to expect from Heitz wines.
"Woody, herbal and elegantly structured, this wine is high-toned and freshly layered in bold red fruit. Given time in the barrel and the bottle, it shows its graceful edges and nuanced elegance with ease, finishing in dusty crushed rock. It vastly overdelivers on its price point." 95 points Wine Enthusiast
Pretty petal pink color with shiny undertones. This vintage instantly reminds of Provence with its beautiful aromas of fresh fruit and spring flowers. Airy and balanced, it delicately combines great freshness and complexity, and develops saline and mineral notes. Its long and intense finish is the signature of a rosé with incomparable elegance.
"There's an open-knit, almost airy feel to this vibrant Champagne, which carries a concentrated range of juicy pear and black raspberry fruit, with hints of crystallized honey. Shows gingersnap biscuit and verbena flavors on the chalky texture, gaining momentum on the racy, zesty finish. (AN)" (10/2015) - Wine Spectator
In 2006 Chantal’s daughter, Angéline Templier, joined the estate as winemaker. Their twenty-eight-year tradition of “une femme, un esprit, un style” (one woman, one spirit, one style) holds true today more than ever.
A deep ruby red color. The nose evokes aromas of red fruit, blackberries, black cherries and licorice. In the mouth one finds hints of wild thyme and a finely structured wine that shows very good length.
"Bright violet. Intense dark berry and cherry compote aromas are complemented by suggestions of licorice and candied flowers. Palate-caressing black raspberry and bitter cherry flavors pick up peppery spice and lavendar qualities on the back half. Rich yet lively, showing no excess fat. The juicy, focused finish is given shape by silky, harmonious tannins and leaves behind a gently sweet dark berry note."- Vinous Media
This Malbec is an intense, concentrated and bright purple. On the nose, it is complex, showing varietal notes of ripe fruits (figs and prunes), jam and raisins. Sweet tannins greet the palate, balanced by acidity. The wine's finish is lingering and complex.

Tequila and mezcal are produced in different states of Mexico (though there is overlap). Tequila can only be made, by law, with one variety of agave: the Blue Agave. Mezcal can be made with upwards of 30 varieties of agave, though most are made with the Agave Espadin.
Del Maguey Vida is an artisanal, organic Mezcal. It launched in 2010, is highly mixable, and has gained much industry acceptance and high bartender demand. Hand-crafted, it is twice distilled, very slowly in small wood-fired, riverside copper stills to flavor specifications that underscore its versatility in cocktails.

This Cabernet Sauvignon is a style that reflects modern Oakville. Aromas of red fruits and notes of sweet, lush oak. Richness of juicy black tartarian cherry. A well-structured wine with round, soft and forward tannins. Medium to full-bodied with incredible balance; this wine will drink well for the next 10 years.

"I loved the freshness and complexity of the fruit, spice and herbal flavors in this wine." - Eric Asimov, New York Times
Composed primarily of Zinfandel, Trousseau noir, and Mondeuse, this natural wine is as bright as it is spicy.
"Explosive aromas that is a berry burst of fruit lift from the glass. Dominated by the blackberry notes, this wine has a soft entry in your mouth; that is smooth and fills out your palate into a long, lush & beautiful finish. The focus of this wine was balance and structure — after you achieve those, the wine comes together beautifully. The oak is well-integrated with all the juicy dark berry notes. 2017 is one of our favorite vintages to date!"
"Grown on clay-limestone and marl, the fruit is hand-picked with no destemming, and is aged in old foudres. The wine is pretty, bright and open, with raspberry, strawberry and violet fruits. It's barely medium-bodied, but has a lovely expression of fresh and easy red berry fruits, accompanied by a juicy berry acidity and gentle blackberry-skin tannins on the finish. An easy-going and highly drinkable Gigondas. Just lovely."- Decanter
