Harvested by hand at perfect maturity, the Pinot Noirs that we vinify into red wine are adorned with a wide range of red fruits aromas while retaining the elegance of the Grand Cru terroir of Verzenay. Blended at 19% in this cuvée, the red wine gives this champagne a delicate power to which the Chardonnay, selected on our Grand Cru plots for its élégance and joy, comes to offer its beautiful freshness as well as its great finesse.
