The entry is supple and fleshy, leading to a full supple midpalate that is framed, with energy and tension, by the tannins leaving a lasting impression on the back end. Juicy, plush and smoothly textured, this Cinsault delivers much pleasure. I enjoy it slightly chilled on warmer days or at cellar temperature when the nights get cooler.
