Batic Angel Grand Cuvee

Angel Red (Red) is a Bordeaux variety of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon in harmony with Vipava. The body of the wine is Merlot, while Cabernet Sauvignon provides the elegance of the grape. The Šmihel Livišče Merlot harvest took place October 2, the Cabernet Sauvignon Vogrsko Mali Dunaj on October 13. The wines are vinified separately. The destemmed Merlot was left in contact with the skins for 21 days, Cabernet Sauvignon for 15 days. The wine was matured in 225 litre oak barrels for 25 months. The Angel Red was bottled in time of the waning moon.
