Dolin Dry Vermouth
An essential cocktail ingredient
This iconic vermouth was a phenomenal success from the outset across the Atlantic and was later immortalized by James Bond and his Dry Martini, a very simple and absolutely elegant cocktail. Dry vermouth is still acclaimed by bartenders and mixologists from around the world. Slightly sweet, with a subtle golden tint, our dry vermouth has a generous and rich nose with hints of citrus bark underscored by the freshness of menthol and balsamic notes. Almond and stone fragrances dominate the slightly bitter citrus base and bring balance to our lively and fine dry Vermouth de Chambéry.

Falcon Spirits Fernet Francisco
Only the second domestically produced Fernet available, SF's local Fernet producer has knocked it out of the park. It's got everything you love about the Branca and nothing you don't! Gone is the hard-edged menthol flavor, replaced by cinnamon and subtle bitter roots ALL sourced locally. The ingredients list is made of almost exclusively native plants with the exception of a couple of classics which are nonetheless grown in California. Medium bodied with a good deep spicy nose. The palate forgives, but does not forget! Lots of complex and familiar aromas of Amaro - with the bitterness straightening the whole thing out in the back. A truly stupendous local tipple which should have all the mustachioed hipsters doing cartwheels, but open enough for even the most modest lover of bitter things to enjoy. Ingredients include: Rhubarb, orange peel, bay leaf, peppermint, spearmint, German chamomile, cinnamon, and gentian.

Pernod Pastis
Pernod's distinctive flavor comes from the distillation of star anise with a number of aromatic herbs and plants. The original Pernod was an absinthe, though because of the controversy that surrounded the drink of Picasso, Baudelaire and Van Gogh, the ingredient responsible for the drink's hallucinatory effect was banned. Now absinthe free, this legendary product has become one of the best-known digestifs available today.

Leopold Bros. Aperitivo
In line with the traditional Italian style, the spirit centers around major flavor components: bitterness from gentian root and sweetness from cane sugar. Citrus is the third major component, so we add distilled coriander and grapefruit peels to give Leopold Bros. Aperitivo a bright, citrus aroma. We mix these components with a variety of fragrant flowering botanicals, including hyssop and Artemsia pontica.
We color the cordial with natural cochineal, which adds the vibrant red color that one expects from a traditional Aperitivo as it has been used in spirits for hundreds of years.

St. George Bruto Americano
Bruto is made from a variety of herbs, roots, and other botanicals. Though the exact number of ingredients and formulation are proprietary, we will say that the bitterness comes primarily from gentian root; the citrus notes mostly from California-grown Seville orange; and the woodsy notes from balsam fir and Cascara sagrada (bark from the California buckthorn).

Ramazzotti Amaro
Ramazzotti is a digestif amaro invented by Ausano Ramazzotti in 1815 in Milan. It is made of a secret blend of 33 herbs and roots, and uses no artificial color. Today, Ramazzotti is owned by the Pernod Ricard group.
Ramazzotti is dark brown in color and fairly opaque. It has a strong root beer-citrus aroma and has a nice balance between bitter and sweet. At 60 proof it's a bit higher proof than most Amari. They also make a Menta version and a Fernet, though they look to be quite difficult to track down.

Cocchi Americano
Cocchi Americano is an aromatized wine created in 1891 by Giulio Cocchi and since then produced without interruption according to the original recipe.
The name “Americano” is both due to the alcohol made bitter (“amaricato”) by the addition of herbs and spices and to the American habit of drinking vermouth with ice and soda.
