Dreamstate
A delicate and aromatic cocktail that layers bourbon richness with chamomile and sparkling wine. The result is lightly floral, subtly herbal, and perfect for celebrations.
Ingredients

1.5 oz Old Forester Old Fine 1910 Bourbon (or other heavy char bourbon)

1 oz Blanc Vermouth infused with chamomile (recipe below)

1 oz Sparkling Wine
-
Absinthe rinse
Glassware & Garnish
Coupe w/ Edible glitter stars or chamomile flowers
Instructions
-
Stir the bourbon and chamomile-infused vermouth with ice until chilled.

Spritz or rinse the coupe with absinthe.

Pour 1 oz sparkling wine into the glass.

Add the chilled bourbon and vermouth mixture.

Garnish with edible glitter stars or chamomile flowers.
Chamomile-Infused Blanc Vermouth

5 oz Blanc Vermouth + 1 chamomile tea bag
or 1 bottle Blanc Vermouth + 5 chamomile tea bags -
Infuse overnight (up to 24 hours), remove tea bags, and keep refrigerated.
Mai Type
A floral twist on a tropical classic, this cocktail blends aged rum, citrus, and a delicate rose-infused orgeat.
Ingredients

2 oz Brugal 1888 Añejo Rum

0.5 oz Dry Curaçao

0.75 oz Rose Water Orgeat (recipe below)

0.75 oz Lime Juice
Glassware & Garnish
Double rocks glass w/ Edible rose petals
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Rose Water Orgeat

3 tbsp Rose Water

1.5 oz Blanco Tequila

1 oz Red Vermouth

0.25 oz Ginger Liqueur (or ginger syrup)

2 dashes Fire Bitters

Double rocks glass w/ Orange slice dusted with cinnamon and sugar
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

Strain over fresh ice in a double rocks glass.

Dust an orange slice with cinnamon and sugar.

Place the orange slice on top of the ice to garnish.
Passion Playmate
Bright, tropical, and slightly sparkling, this cocktail blends passion fruit with vanilla-infused cachaça for a vibrant, refreshing drink.
Ingredients

1.5 oz Avuá Prata Cachaça (or fragrant agricole rum) infused with vanilla bean

0.25 oz Falernum

0.25 oz Passionfruit Liqueur (or additional passionfruit syrup)

0.75 oz Passion Fruit Syrup

0.5 oz Lime Juice

0.5 oz Sparkling Rosé

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except sparkling rosé in a shaker with ice.

Shake well.

Vanilla Bean–Infused Cachaça

1 bottle cachaça
-
2 vanilla beans (split and scraped)
-
Combine the beans and cachaça (including scrapings).
Infuse 24–48 hours at room temperature, then strain through a coffee filter.
