Fruit is sourced from ‘Sous la Velle’ (clay) and ‘Sous Roche’ (rocky gravel) vineyards with both southeast and southwest exposures in a valley that recently applied for 1er cru status. Fermentation takes place in 2nd- or 3rd-year barrels followed by 12 months of aging in neutral barrel. (1200 bts)
