Pet'Golò is a PET-NAT (Pétillant Naturel), or naturally sparkling rosé wine. Made according to the "méthode ancestrale", fermentation is allowed to continue in bottle with absolutely no additions, no sugar and no sulfites, giving rise to delicate bubbles and a slight opaque unfiltered appearance. The resulting wine is all natural, just pure fruit, with delicious bubbles and a lovely antique rose color!  Varietals: Sangiovese and Canaiolo

Tasting notes: Color: Cloudy opaque antique rose. Nose: delicate scent of wild strawberries, citrus fruit, white peach. Palate: Creamy, delicate bubbles, with a balance of fruitiness and fresh acidity.
