Les Parcelles is a precise expression of Bouzy terrior, combining a rich ripeness with chalky finesse. Harvested primarily in 2016 with 30% of reserve wines, this cuvee is composed of 70% pinot noir and 30% chardonnay.

Les Parcelles benefits from extended aging "sur lie": 3 years in our 19th century cellars at constant 50 degrees F / 10 degrees C temperature.

Bright and lithe, with a floral overtone to the flavors of Honeycrisp apple, biscuit and lemon meringue. The lively bead carries ground ginger and anise notes on the lingering, creamy finish.
