The Gaudry family has been making wine in Pouilly-sur-Loire for generations. Today, Nicolas Gaudry, in addition to working with his father, Denis, at Domaine Denis Gaudry, is producing his own wine near Boisgibault.

Located the Loire Valley, the vines are cultivated in soils composed Kimmeridgien and calacareous sediments. The plots are specifically planted in Les Loges (Pouilly sur Loire), worked in a traditional and respectful manner to the local terroir.

After harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented in 500 litres «fût», or oak barrels, that are so very lightly toasted. The wine ages sur lies for 12 months prior to bottling. The wine then ages in bottle for 6 months prior to being released commercially

Gold robe with tints of Gold. The bouquet is complex, showing hints of yellow flowers and ripe stone fruit. The mouth is rich and fatty, balanced by crisp acidity and tonacity. Lovely persistancy and minerality on the finish.
