The Martin Ray Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon opens with notes of black berry, mulberry, with black currant, dried mountain sage, and cedar. A striking mineral-driven backbone with touches of graphite, backed by fleshy acidity, and powerful tannins.

This full-bodied wine shines alongside prime rib roast with horseradish mashed potatoes and caramelized balsamic onions.

"Very typical for this area of Napa with conifer, pine needles, fresh herbs and currants on the nose, following through to a full body with lots of fruit and a pleasing edge of toasted oak and Spanish cedar.
