La Dentelle Bugey Cerdon
A very special, lightly-sweet sparkling rose from a tiny appelation between the Jura and Savoy. Made from 80% 100-year-old Poulsard and 20% 40-year-old Gamay, grown and vinified organically, and made by the ex-director (41 years!) of 3–Michelin-starred Georges Blanc in Vonnas. Gorgeous red fruits and rose petals dance elegantly with a little residual sugar and ample acidity to make for a perfect foil for your sweet tooth.
