Brown butter, molasses, and caramelized sugar. Sweet, caramel-like, nutty, and slightly burnt. Tropical banana notes, reminiscent of vanilla, honey, and rum. 

Serve in a tumbler at or near room temperature on the rocks, neat, or with a splash of distilled water.
