This Flanders-style Red Ale is brewed with cinnamon and cardamom, fermented and aged in oak vessels, including Red Wine and Cherry Brandy barrels. It is further re-fermented with freshly pressed Syrah, Mourvedre and Grenache grape juice from Napa County. The base beer is dry and tangy with a tartness that balances notes of a decadent dark fruit and baking spice flavor creating a deeply guilty pleasure for which even that goat-legged fellow can’t judge you for indulging. 7.75% Alc. by Vol.
