Rich and deeply colored, with wild fruit flavors : blackberry, blackcurrant, with elegant and present tannins, such is our Nuits St Georges Lavières. Its intense dark color announces the powerful and complex flavors : ta mix of blackcurrant, blackberry and bilberry. The tannins are firmer for the parcels located at the South and more flexible for those of the North of the town of Nuits Saint Georges. They present on the whole a solid structure. In an average year, the wines of Nuits St Georges will be approachable only after 5 to 10 years; however, at times it can easily take 15 years for these wines to reach maturity.
