Domaine Bailly-Reverdy was founded in 1952 in the village of Bué and now comprises 23 sustainably-farmed hectares across some of Sancerre’s most fetishized growing sites. This acid-driven bottle from Chavignol is loaded with flavors of citrus rind, grapefruit juice, gunsmoke, flinty gooseberries, and lime leaf. Pair with freshly shucked oysters or fresh goat cheese.
