Reminder we only ship beer within California

We took our new spontaneous beer and recipe, Midi, and after aging it for 18 months in oak barrels, transferred it into secondary oak tank with a massive amount of freshly harvested Strata hops. Our favorite Strata hops. Literally, a massive amount of them. It's a 'dry hop' in the functional sense, but with 'wet,' fresh from the farm hops.

The notably citrusy character of the beer, with its soft funk and crisp drinkability, is a perfect match for the fruit, spice and 'fresh' character of the Strata hops. We do truly love this Strata.

Still incredibly drinkable and electrically bright, as the unadulterated Midi was, but now with additional layers of character.
