Damiano Ciolli Cirsium Cesanese

Grapes are carefully selected , and any imperfect berry is discarded before they are loaded into the crusher. Cirsium is fermented in a stainless steel tank at temperature controlled within 25 °C to preserve the varietal aromas of Cesanese. Maceration lasts for about 15 days. Not filtered neither clarified. No sulphites added.

Warm and pleasant nose with perfume in the direction of black pepper, caramel and blackberries. The taste is soft and bold with a completely fresh fruit acid, black pepper and blackberries. The black pepper sticks well, and the wine is fruity and almost tingling on the tongue.Light in color, medium bodied. Serve slightly chilled.
