Calle 23 Tequila Blanco

Tequila and mezcal are produced in different states of Mexico (though there is overlap). Tequila can only be made, by law, with one variety of agave: the Blue Agave.

Calle 23 is a 100% agave tequila from the highlands of Jalisco, the Los Altos region. Double-distilled in copper pot-stills to retain the true agave character, Calle 23 is a hit in upscale cocktail bars. The Blanco is unaged, reflecting the purist expression of the Agave.

Soft and gentle yet, this Blanco offers full agave flavor, hints of fruit especially Granny Smith apples and pears in the long, lingering aftertaste.
