After aging our sour base beer for nearly four years, we carefully selected only 4 barrel for this NA Kriek and added a pound per gallon fo Morello cherries before gently "de-alcing" it with vacuum distillation; a process that removes alcohol while maintaining the beer's original depth, complexity and balanced sour structure.
