Small Saison. A traditional, continental-style saison brewed with heritage grains that rarely appear on a modern grist bill, including spelt, rye, and raw (unmalted) wheat. It’s lean with a sturdy bitterness, noble spice from the Saaz hops, juicy red-apple phenolics, and assertively carbonated. Saison contains multitudes, but we love them most when they're unadorned and during shoulder season.
