Laurent Perrier Brut Rosé NV
Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé is truly remarkable for its highly expressive bouquet, stemming from very careful preservation of fresh fruit aromas during the wine making. Made with 100% Pinot Noir from 10 different "crus " (or villages), from the North and South areas of the Montagne de Reims, as well as the famous Cote de Bouzy. Grapes from carefully selected plots are meticulously sorted and de-stemmed before going into the vats, and the controlled maceration helps with the color extraction and the development of the full aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir.
Intensely fruity flavors, clean and slightly sharp, the wine opens to the sensation of freshly picked red berries: strawberries, Morello cherries, black currants and raspberries. The finish is supple and rounded.

Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle
Grand Siècle is made with a pinot noir and chardonnay blend, with the latter being slightly dominant. Twelve of the most prestigious villages supply these grapes; all of them classified at 100% Grands Crus such as Ambonnay, Verzenay, Mailly, Avize, Cramant, Chouilly and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Within the vineyards of these villages, only the very best plots are selected, as are the finest musts from the pressings. The blended wine is then aged during the second fermentation on the yeast for approximately five years.
It has a bright color, with a brilliant yellow hue. Its subtle aromas of honey, hazelnuts, grilled almonds and brioche, make this the perfect companion for refined dishes. It pairs just as well with poultry and truffles as it does with veal and morel mushrooms.

Mezonte Jalisco Lorenzo
Reminder: We only ship spirits within California
Mezonte Jalisco is a small batch Raicilla from the beautiful state of Jalisco, Mexico. It’s an Ensamble of two agaves unique to this region of production.
Mezonte Jalisco is distilled by Santos Juarez using agave Alineno and Cimarrón in Toliman, Jalisco. While this is produced in Tequila-country, the production of this Raicilla is a far cry from what you’d see in modern Tequila. The agaves are cooked in an underground oven, milled by hand with axes, and distilled in a copper and wood still.
Mezonte is a nonprofit organization that promotes, supports, and preserves - through various media - the production and practices of traditional agave spirits. Mezonte’s main objective is to create awareness of the cultural and biological value that these spirits represent. They feature agave spirits from all over Mexico, with an emphasis on Jalisco and Michoacán. Their producers make mezcal, raicilla, barranca, tuxca, sikua, or any other name used for distilled agave in this region.

Monte Carbonare Suavia
Monte Carbonare is the name of the hill upon which the vineyard that sources this wine is situated. The word Carbonare refers to coal and is used to describe this location because the volcanic soils here are black as coal. Produced from 100% Garganega and exposed only to stainless steel in order to preserve freshness, the Tessari family describes this wine as “earth in a glass”—a pure expression of their volcanic terroir.
Straw yellow with considerable intensity and brilliant highlights. This wine is creamy and elegant. It is characterized by freshness and aromas of citrus, herbs, and mineral. On the palate the wine is well-balanced and refreshing with a dry and persistent finish.
Best served with delicate fish-based dishes, truffle or mushroom risottos, and medium flavored cheeses as well as a variety of vegetarian dishes.

O'Shaughnessy Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley
The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley is blended of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Malbec, 5% Merlot, 3% St. Macaire, 2% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple colored, it reveals notions of scorched earth, tar, tilled black soil and fungi over a core of blackcurrant cordial, aniseed, dark chocolate and espresso plus a waft of tobacco. Full-bodied, concentrated and very earthy in the mouth, the rich, black fruits are superbly framed by firm, grainy tannins and just enough freshness, finishing long and mineral laced."- Wine Advocate

Paolo Scavino Barolo Bric del Fiasc 2016
This cru is the image and identity of the Paolo Scavino winery. Their very first single vineyard Barolo made for first time in 1978, in Castiglione Falletto from the Fiasco cru. Theirs since 1921. Balance of elegance and power. Density of fruit, vibrant and refined tannins in the texture.
"Drawing its fruit from Castiglione Falletto, the Paolo Scavino 2016 Barolo Bric dël Fiasc shows dimension, depth, precision and power. The wine opens to a dark garnet color with a saturated hue, leading to a full, all-encompassing bouquet. The Barolo Bric dël Fiasc is often the most representative wine in the Scavino portfolio, and never has this been more true than in this classic vintage. Dark fruit, licorice, spice and ferrous earth build a fluid and multifaceted bouquet. The mouthfeel sits firm and tight on the palate today, promising to evolve and soften tomorrow. This is a bottle for your cellar." 98 Points Wine Advocate

Paolo Scavino Barolo Cannubi 2014
Cannubi is probably the most historical vineyard of the all Barolo region, in Barolo village. We vinify this cru from 1985 and this is one of the two oldest vineyards of ours planted in 1946 on the central crest of Cannubi hill. Low yield of this vineyard is due to a special combination of natural factors one of which is the old age of the vines assuring a unique quality. Here it comes the concentration and richness of this Barolo where the charm of Nebbiolo is fully expressed. Harmonious and very fine texture.

"This is so perfumed with dried flowers, blackberries, spices and citrus peel. Medium-bodied with fine tannins that spread across the palate, giving this impressive focus and texture as you taste it. Like a real Cannubi, it’s very elegant and approachable, but you know it’s for the long term. Better in 2024 and onwards." 96 Points James Suckling

The Barolo Carobric personality is about focus, precision of elements, intensity and length. The aromatics are lifted with a beautiful tension and clarity.
"The plums, dried strawberries and crushed stones pop out of the glass. Full-bodied and very layered with intense tannins and a chewy finish. This is a tannic and powerful wine. Give this three to four years to soften and come together. The tannins need to resolve. Drink after 2024." -96 Points James Suckling
