Blue Rock Baby Blue Cabernet Blend
Baby Blue is always built for pleasure right out of the gate and this beautifully aromatic rendition is no exception. Loads of rich red and black fruits, plus a delightful hint of blueberry, all get the party started. This is followed up by a nice compliment of baking spices, vanilla, a kiss of gentle herbs, and just the right amount of beautiful French oak and earthy goodness to round things out on the finish. Wonderful length and supple tannins make for easy enjoyment of this joyous red.

The Catena Malbec Appellation La Consulta shows a dark violet color with deep purple tones. The nose offers aromas like red fruit and ripe, concentrated dark berries with fresh herbs and floral notes like lavender and violets, some traces of vanilla and tobacco. The mouthfeel is rich, with raspberries and blueberries, spices notes and a touch of mocha. The finish presents soft and well-structured tannins with bright, crisp acidity that gives the wine exceptional length.

Chateau de Saint Cosme Cotes du Rhone
Syrah requires a warm climate to fully ripen but enough moderating effect to produce intense, aromatic wines that are not overwhelmed by sweetness and alcohol. This Syrah grows in ideal terroirs of the southern Rhône and shows the varietal’s typical spicy notes of sandalwood, violets, and black pepper.
Saint Cosme Côtes-du-Rhône is produced from 100% Syrah and is from the the stony Villafranchian terraces of the Gard. The vineyards are known for their limestone sand, red clay, and pebbles, which give a freshness and intensity to the Syrah grapes. The wine is partially destemmed, fermented with natural yeasts, and vinified in concrete vats.

Farmstead Anderson Valley Pinot Noir
The Farmstead Pinot Noir is sourced from 2 small growers in the Anderson Valley, located just a stone's throw from our estate vineyard. The small crop, coupled with early ripening Dijon clones, produced richly flavored fruit that displays the fruit intensity and perfume of Anderson Valley Pinot Noir. The wine is pale ruby and garnet in appearance and has aromas of fresh red and black cherry, earthy strawberry, subtle cardamom, clove and cedar box. The palate has zippy red berry fruit in the entry, and a supple, perfumed and velvety mid palate with nuances of baking spices. The acid structure of the wine gives it life, length and versatility in food pairing - from grilled fish to roast duck.

It is southeast facing, receiving mid-morning and afternoon sun and cooling in the evening and early morning with down valley marine influence.
