Undoing Bruin is a Belgian Style Sour Brown or Oud Bruin. This beer is dark brown with notes of chocolate, dark fruit, black cherry, fig, plum and cabernet grapes. It also has a decent amount of oak and vanilla notes with a big round body. This beer was aged first in red wine barrels. After 6 months half the barrels were transferred to freshly emptied stout barrels and aged for another 6 months. The other half of the barrels spent the full year in red wine barrels. 7% ABV
