September Beer Club
First introduced to our ‘Beer of the Month’ club in March 2017, Brooklyn-based Grimm Artisanal Ales has since come a long way in terms of both production and popularity. In 2018, after years of operating as a “gypsy brewery” - brewing their recipes at various existing sites - Joe and Laure Grimm opened their very own establishment in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. They have also ramped up their West Coast distribution: when we first featured their products in our club, the brewery was only distributing sours and stouts to our side of the country, due to the IPAs being in very high demand back east. Luckily for us, they’ve recently begun making the IPAs available in cans out here, which I’ve been anticipating for a long, long time. Here’s to enjoying them as much as I have.
