We can only ship SPIRITS and BEER within the state of California.

For ALL orders shipping in California, we ship via GLS. Currently we are shipping every day, and packages generally arrive between 1-3 days after we receive your order.

For the following states, we can ship WINE ONLY via WeShipExpress.  AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OK, OH, OR, PA, SC, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. WeShipExpress uses UPS, Fedex, and other regional carriers. Orders are picked up from our store on Wednesday, then shipped from CA via truck the following Monday, and it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your order. You'll be able to track your order after it arrives at the regional hub.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

All shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature by someone with a valid ID showing they are over the age of 21. Packages must be signed for and will NOT be left at the delivery address without a signature, which means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery and show valid ID. We highly recommend that you ship to a business address, as there will always be someone there to sign for your package on the first delivery attempt. PlumpJack is not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to misdirected or returned shipments or changes made without notification. If a shipment is returned for an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts the customer will be responsible for the returned shipment fees as well as the additional cost to reship.

Shipping providers charge $5 for adult signatures on all shipments containing alcohol, and that $5 will be included to the final shipping total.

We are sorry, but we cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes.

The product you order may be stocked at various locations and our fulfillment methods vary by the locations where your products are located. If you wish to pick items up in store, you may do so by selecting between the Fillmore and Noe Valley locations at check out. While some in-store pickups can be fulfilled same day, it may take up to two business days for your order to be available. Please confirm with us before showing up to receive your order.

During periods of extreme weather, we attempt to ship wines at the beginning of each week in order to get shipments to you before the weekend. This is because we have no control over the temperature conditions at our freight carriers' warehouses. The result may be that your shipment doesn't go out the day that you place an order. Please understand that during business hours, your orders are immediately packaged and scheduled for delivery, but may be delayed until ideal conditions for shipment arise.

Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally.  

Return and Refund Policy: Per ABC law, we do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or store credit of any kind on online alcohol purchases. We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by the carrier or shipper. However, should you notify us with a problem with your shipment, we may, in our sole discretion, replace the product.  Whether a product is replaced shall be determined on a case-by-case basis by us.  If you need to request a replacement product, contact us at fillmore_store@plumpjack.com. If you have any questions about your order, shipment, or any of the products, please let us know. We are happy to help!    

For In Store Purchases: we will gladly exchange any un-opened and/or un-used non-alcohol items. All alcohol sales are final.

You may place an order for pick up at either of our store locations in San Francisco. You will receive an email when your order is ready at the store you selected; it may take up to 48 hours to get your items to the selected location. You must present a photo ID or a printed copy of your order when picking up. All orders must be picked up within 30 days of receiving email confirmation. If you do not pick up your order, we will give you one courtesy call reminding you to pick up your order. If you fail to pick up your order within 45 days, it will be returned to stock and you will receive store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.

We are fortunate enough to secure allocations of some very limited items. If there is a limit, it will be indicated in the product description as "*limit one bottle per person/address".  This limit is enforced on a quarterly basis, so you may try to re-order 3 months or longer after your firsts order. Multiple orders of allocated items within a 3 month period will be cancelled.
